SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING FAQ:

  • Expected Shipping costs
    • All standard packages will be shipped through USPS First Class Shipping ($6.50). There will be more options for you to choose at the checkout section such as priority shipping ($9.99) and Priority mail Express (Calculated based on your location) if you prefer faster shipping!
  • Expected Processing Times
    • Since most orders are customized and made by hand, we will have your order ready within 7-10 Business days (processing time). Depending on the courier option you choose, your order will be estimated to arrive within 2-5 days or less after the specified handling time.
  • International Shipping
    • International Shipping is available. USPS and DHL shipping options are available. Shipping rates and shipping times may vary depending on your location. Exact shipping values can be seen as you go through the checkout process before confirming your order. We are not responsible for any additional custom tax and duties that may be applied separate from your package.
  • Customer Responsibility
    • The customer is responsible for all applicable postage fees for failed packages due to insufficient addresses or packages returned to us.
    • In any case that the shipment is taking a lot longer than expected, it is recommended to contact the mail carrier. Please note that some packages often arrive delayed past their estimated delivery time due to mailing routes and offices being backed up.
    • Should your package be claimed and marked as delivered, but has not yet arrived, please initiate a missing mail search request with USPS

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

FurryTales Co. does NOT accept returns and/or exchanges. In the case of an issue with an item, please contact us within 5 days upon receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

Please know that lost or stolen packages cannot be replaced by us. Unfortunately, these are out of our control and we cannot issue a refund for this circumstance. As we rely on mail carriers to safely deliver our products, they should be contacted immediately if there are any shipment issues and delays. 

FOR WALK SETS:

At the moment, we only accept similar item/design exchanges into a different size. Please make sure to double check sizing to avoid any exchanges. Additional shipping fees will be handled by the buyer.
